Delixi Electric Launches CDS580 Spindle Servo System, Six Core Advantages Lead the Market
The CDS580 spindle servo drive features book-style structure, full closed-loop control, speed/position switching control and six other core advantages.
Delixi Electric recently released the new CDS580 series spindle servo system, specifically designed for CNC machine tool spindle control needs, attracting widespread industry attention.
The system's six core advantages include: first, a book-style compact structure, with volume reduced by 40% compared to traditional solutions, facilitating electrical cabinet integration; second, full closed-loop vector control, supporting three control modes—speed, torque, and position—to adapt to different processing scenarios; third, high-speed response capability, with a speed loop bandwidth of 1kHz, meeting demanding requirements such as high-speed tapping and rigid tapping; fourth, built-in PLC function, capable of independent logic control, simplifying system architecture; fifth, multiple bus support, compatible with mainstream industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, CANopen, and Modbus; sixth, comprehensive protection mechanisms, including overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, encoder disconnection, and other multiple protections.
According to the technical director of Delixi Electric, the CDS580 series has completed verification testing at multiple machine tool factories, applied to machining centers, CNC lathes, and engraving and milling machines, performing excellently in aluminum high-speed milling and steel heavy cutting scenarios, with spindle positioning accuracy and dynamic response both meeting expected targets.
Industry experts believe that the launch of the CDS580 series further enriches product choices in the domestic spindle servo market, helping to promote the overall competitiveness of domestic CNC systems.
