Domestic manufacturers have achieved a dominant position in overall market share, and servo motors are evolving from execution components to intelligent units.

According to industry research institute statistics, the Chinese servo motor market size in 2026 is expected to reach 28.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.5%. Among them, domestic brand market share exceeded 60% for the first time, an increase of about 20 percentage points compared to 2020, marking a shift from "followers" to "leaders" for domestic servo motors.

At the technical level, the new generation of servo motors presents three major development trends: first, integration, with drive-control integrated design significantly reducing volume and improving response speed; second, intelligence, with built-in sensors and edge computing capabilities enabling adaptive control and predictive maintenance functions; third, high efficiency, with the adoption of new magnetic materials and optimized designs universally improving motor efficiency to IE5 level.

In terms of applications, industrial robots, CNC machine tools, and new energy equipment remain the three core fields. Particularly noteworthy is that in the humanoid robot field, high-precision, high-dynamic-response servo motors have become key core components, attracting numerous manufacturers to increase R&D investment.
